14.) MARKET CONDITIONS: Keep you updated on changing market conditions in your area.
15.) UP-TO-DATE-INFO: Update you on activity regarding your home such as agent showings and sign calls.
16.) FOLLOW-UP: Follow up on agents that have shown your home to answer questions and provide feedback from the buyers.
17.) NEGOTIATION REPRESENTATION: Represent you in contract negotiations with buyers to help you generate the highest selling price for your home.
